Code of Conduct
FCL Cargo is committed to the code of conduct appended below and will follow in letter and spirit for the overall health and prosperity of the business.
- • Application The code applies to all the members of the organization down the hierarchy who will strictly adhere to it.
- • Business Activities The management and all the members of the business will ensure that our trade practices are viable, transparentand compliant with the rules and regulations and based on mutual trust and honesty of purpose for which the business has been formed while avoiding any activity which is detrimental to the wellbeing of the organization.
- • Quality FCL Cargo is committed to strive for perfection in everything it does to provide service to its clients. We shall be measured by the level of service and satisfaction that our clients derive while doing business with us.
- • Competition We respect our competitors. Bashing competitors is not our way of business. We shall try to beat them with the quality of service, transparency in conduct, price, honesty and confidentiality. That is who we are.
- • Conflict of Interest No member of FCL Cargo will engage in any such activity which is directly or indirectly in conflict to the business norms and policies of FCL Cargo. No person being part of the organization will try to achieve personal benefit through manipulation of the authority conferred upon him/her by the company.
- • Confidentiality Confidentiality of business, clientele information, product information about source, price and location and any non-public information will be strictly maintained by all affiliated with FCL Cargo. Disclosure of such information will be prevented unless required by applicable laws governing the business.
- • Sexual Harassment FCL Cargo follows zero tolerance on the subject. We respect the work premises and want to keep it safe, cordial and congenial.
